Obtaining Non-Warranty Service Please follow the procedure below: |

Download the RMA (Return Material Authorisation) Application Form (Doc. no. 02-044) |

Tick the box for Non-Warranty service. |
|
|
| 3. |
Complete the form and make sure that you have filled in the products Serial No., a clear description of the problem and return address information. |

|
| 4. |
Sign (authorised signature) the document and fax or e-mail it to TagMaster AB. |
|
|
| 5. |
TagMaster AB will then reply with an RMA identification number and an address for returning the goods. |
|
|
| 6. |
Please return any product in its complete condition to facilitate inspection and repair. TagMaster will not accept any goods without an RMA identification number. |

| 7. |
When we have received the product we perform a repair inspection at a specified cost. |
|
|
| 8. |
When we know what kind of repair that is necessary we propose a total cost for the repair. |
|
|
| 9. |
When we receive your acceptance of this repair charges we will start the repair process and dispatch the product (shipping cost will ne charged) to your specific address. |

Please note: Before you return a reader for repair, it is your responsibility to do a backup of all data that may be stored in the reader. You are responsible for reinstalling this data. |
