Obtaining Non-Warranty Service

Please follow the procedure below:

1.  Download the RMA (Return Material Authorisation) Application Form (Doc. no. 02-044)
2.  Tick the box for Non-Warranty service.
3.  Complete the form and make sure that you have filled in the products Serial No., a clear description of the problem and return address information.
4.  Sign (authorised signature) the document and fax or e-mail it to TagMaster AB.
5.  TagMaster AB will then reply with an RMA identification number and an address for returning the goods.
6.  Please return any product in its complete condition to facilitate inspection and repair. TagMaster will not accept any goods without an RMA identification number. 
7.  When we have received the product we perform a repair inspection at a specified cost.
8.  When we know what kind of repair that is necessary we propose a total cost for the repair.
9.  When we receive your acceptance of this repair charges we will start the repair process and dispatch the product (shipping cost will ne charged) to your specific address.
Please note: Before you return a reader for repair, it is your responsibility to do a backup of all data that may be stored in the reader. You are responsible for reinstalling this data.
