WARRANTY SERVICE
TagMaster Service for products under warranty
TagMaster AB warrants that its products will conform to the applicable specifications and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months after the delivery date from TagMaster AB. This warranty does not apply to products that have been modified, misused, exposed to incorrect voltage polarity, exposed to excessive voltages (incl. lightning) or have not been installed in accordance with TagMaster’s guidelines. TagMaster is obliged to repair or replace the returned item at no cost if the product is under warranty.
Obtaining Service Under Warranty Products
Please follow the procedure below:
- RMA application form TagMaster Products (Return Material Authorization) Application Form (Doc. no. 02-044)
- Tick the box for Warranty service. If you also desire to repair if out-of-warranty, tick the box for out-of-warranty.
- Complete the form and make sure that you have filled in the products Serial No., a clear description of the problem and return address information.
- Sign (authorized signature) the document by e-mail it to TagMaster AB.
- TagMaster AB will then reply with an RMA identification number and an address for returning the goods.
- Please return any product in its complete condition to facilitate inspection and repair. TagMaster will not accept any goods without an RMA identification number.
Please note: Before you return a reader for repair, it is your responsibility to do a backup of all data that may be stored in the reader. You are responsible for reinstalling this data.

Billable Repair performed by TagMaster AB are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of dispatch from TagMaster AB. This warranty applies only to those items which were found defective and repaired. This warranty is void if the reader is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or neglected, or in the event that any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user.
Please follow the procedure below:
- Down load the RMA (Return Material Authorization) Application Form (Doc. no. 02-044)
- Tick the box for Out of -Warranty service.
- Complete the form and make sure that you have filled in the products Serial No, a clear description of the problem and return address information.
- Sign (authorized signature) the document and e-mail it to TagMaster AB as a confirmation of accepting the flat rate prices.
- TagMaster AB will then reply with an RMA identification number and an address for returning the goods.
- Please return any product in its complete packaging to facilitate inspection and repair. TagMaster will not accept any goods without an RMA identification number.
- Depending on payment terms TagMaster AB will repair the Product and ship back to delivery address according to signed RMA form.
